Owner’s cancellation and change policy

We highly recommend that our guests purchase personal travel insurance to protect against unexpected life events or travel delays that may require a guest to cancel or modify a reservation.

• 60 days or more prior to arrival date: 100% refund for cancellations or reservation date changes.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival date:  No refund for changes or cancellations.
• Arrival date = 3:00pm Kauai time the date of your check in.
