It was the perfect mix of peace and quiet, conveniently within walking distance of Lava Lava Beach Club and Hukilau Lanai, two of our favorite restaurants. Check in and check out were very easy and they truly had everything needed in the space or was within walking distance of the necessities. It was clean, convenient to so many shops and food options, and the landscaping was unbelievable! From the outside being so perfect, the actual condo was too! Inside they had everything one needed! From towels, to bug spray, beach bags, and hiking sticks! I couldn’t believe it, and I was so thankful for it all. We loved the beach front views, and we will absolutely be coming back to this place. The property was well taken care of and quiet, so never had to worry about securing chairs on the beach or at the pool. We are already looking forward to returning next summer. The place had every little detail that you would ever need, down to towel clips for your chairs. The pool was amazing and had happy hour from 3-6. They are right by shops and restaurants in walking distance that made our stay and is right by secret falls that you can kayak/hike to. Also, having shopping and restaurants we could walk to was really nice! I would highly recommend a helicopter ride! The island is so gorgeous. We also did a boat ride of Napali coast. It was a lot of fun and the view of the coast was just breathtaking. It was a snorkel tour as well so that was fun and we got to see a sea turtle and tons of dolphins. The location is amazing, when we didn’t feel like going out to grab food, we would walk to the coconut market and they had tons of options there as well! Beautiful views and the sound of surf can be heard all night long (no road noise at all). The sunrises are spectacular, viewed directly from the lanai. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the linens soft, and it is well appointed with kitchen essentials. Everything in the rental worked well. There is an oceanfront pool and hot-tub close by, a Tiki bar on site, and many shopping and dining options within walking distance. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, with the beautiful pool area and foliage. We were steps away from the Coconut Marketplace. They had free shows, hula lessons and lei making classes everyday. Our “once in a lifetime” trip was amazing because of our host and our wonderful stay. JuliDecember 9, 2025Heather & Khaled provided exceptional communication and robust information on every logistical travel and lodging comfort item - every need was anticipated in their thoroughness. The condo is a well choreographed use of space that had everything just in the right spot and was ideally located for our hikes which covered all parts of the island. It was the perfect basecamp. We utilized nearby grocery, drug store (blisters!), and laundromat to keep our packs light and our expenses low. By the time we left we were imagining buying a place in the complex ourselves! PamelaNovember 11, 2025This condo was in a fabulous location on Kauai! It is oceanfront, close to the hot tub and pool, cute little lanai overlooking the ocean and close to shopping and restaurants. (Lava Lava oceanside restaurant/bar ext door was amazing!) This was our first time on this island and it was great vacation. Heather and Khaled are amazing hosts who have thought of everything. This cozy condo makes for a great home base to travel all around the island and partake in all of the island adventures. The one and only drawback about this condo is it is smaller than what the pictures show and the refrigerator is a dorm size frig which made it difficult to store our Costco grocery items we purchased for the week. KirstenOctober 20, 2025Definitely a little disappointed in this Airbnb experience! We had some cleanliness issues - the host replaced the linens pretty quickly but I’ve never had that happen before. There is a connecting (locked) door to the neighbor - you can hear every conversation if they’re in the bathroom and even in their bedroom hence why we heard intercourse multiple times. The one thing that was worth it was the view off of the lanai. We just felt disappointed for the $$ we spent & the outcome we got. This was our honeymoon and I regret not spending slightly more for resort amenities elsewhere. That being said, the hosts responded quickly and were proactive in fixing things. The grounds are gorgeous, directly on the beach. Coffee and shops behind you, beach club to the side and sunrise views right in front. It is very close to the pool and beach. Much of the stuff you would need for a day on the beach are on the patio: chairs, small cooler, boogies boards, snorkel equip, etc. The owners were very communicative and detailed with instructions. They even offered to let us check in a bit early since the room was cleaned before check in time. Not everything was perfect for us but not enough of an issue to deduct a star. The bed isn't very comfortable. We prefer a softer pillow top bed. This bed is very firm, which some people may prefer. The refrigerator is very small more a like dorm style, so freezer area is very small. It is only possible to cook in the microwave or toaster oven, there isn't much room for frozen goods that easily prepared. Not a big deal if you plan on eating out or using the BBQ grill at the pool.Posted on Airbnb

All of the people I met (at the poo-side bar) were very friendly and made several friends!The property is very clean, has al the amenities you may need and is just a few steps from the beach. Food nearby is some of the best food we tried. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The location is fantastic—right on the east coast, close to the airport, and conveniently situated for exploring both the north and south shores.The oceanfront view is truly breathtaking, and we loved watching the sunrise from the balcony! Despite being so close to the water, the room was surprisingly quiet thanks to great soundproofing. The space itself was clean and spacious, making it perfect for two people.The only minor drawbacks were that the AC controller was a bit tricky to use, and the parking lot filled up quickly, so we sometimes had to use overflow parking at a nearby plaza.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kauai!Posted on Airbnb
CaseyJuly 4, 2025If you are looking for a great central location for a Kauai vacation, you’ve found it! The place was cute and cozy and had everything we could need for a week exploring the island. We were able to take day trips to both the north and south shores and easily return to our home base. And what a perfect home base with a quiet beachfront and several restaurants, shops, and coffee within walking distance. We would love to come back in the future!
