House Rules:
- This is a strictly non-smoking home. No smoking (or vaping) inside the condo or on the lanai (balcony). There are designated approved smoking areas throughout the Islander property.
- Minimum renter age is 18.
- Stays of 10 nights and longer require an additional mid-stay clean every 10 nights. An additional payment will be added after booking.
- No parties or events in the condo or on the Islander property. Gatherings of non-guests in our condo are prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy is 3 people, including infants and children.
- No animals inside the condo.
- An initial set of starter essentials (shampoo, trash bags, toilet tissue, etc.) is provided for your arrival. There are no refills or supply replenishment during your stay.
- We do not have daily housekeeping or maid service. Should you wish to receive a mid-stay clean, we can schedule it for you prior to your arrival.
